Submitting your response to a review

Whether you've received a rave or ranting review you can submit a response to appear immediately below an individual review you've received.

The Good Surgeon Guide allows representatives of surgical groups, surgeons, clinics and MediSpa's management to respond to reviews written about them. Responses that meet our posting criteria will be displayed directly below the relevant review. We may contact you to verify that you are a designated representative of your clinic, spa, salon or surgery group.

We will not post responses directed solely to the author of the review. We will not post responses directed to The Good Surgeon Guide staff or about The Good Surgeon Guide's policies.

The same editorial guidelines apply to owner responses as to user reviews. Responses containing any of the following will not be posted:

  • Profanity or threats
  • Personal insults
  • Reports of violent criminal activity
  • Commercial web addresses, e-mail addresses or phone numbers
  • Text entirely IN CAPS
  • Hearsay
  • Content not relevant to clients or patients
  • HTML


How to submit your response

Make sure you are authorised to represent your company.

Login to your account.

Click on the Rating and Review button.

From there you will be able view all of your reviews and submit a response for a particular review.
