Lady GaGa aka Joanne Stefani Germanotta, has definatley had surgery and I think you will that she looks great. Gaga is of Italian parentage so the pronounced nose is as authentic as spaghetti, the surgeon here has done a great job because he has not given her a 'perfect' nose but a natural looking one. Looks to us as she has also had a chin implant, (which is common with nose jobs) as well as lip injections to plump her top lip. GaGa isn't as stupid as her dress sense, she hasn't gone over the top and looks good.
